Revenue Analyst

Pride Health is hiring an Revenue Integrity Analyst for one of its clients in Hartford, CT (Fully remote).

This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits.

Job Title- Revenue Integrity Analyst

Location – Hartford, CT (Fully remote)

Pay range - $40 - $45 per hour on W2.

Length of assignment – 3 months possible extension

Shift – 9:00 -5:00 Monday – Friday

Job Description

• Administer structured processes and approaches relating to the Charge Description Master (CDM), l appeals related to Revenue Integrity and revenue compliance across Hartford Healthcare Systems (HHC).
• Optimize methods to automate and eliminate waste while increasing cash and minimizing revenue leakage through direct oversight of high-quality and cost-effective services.
• Serve as the HHC representative by providing feedback in the financial decision-making in collaboration with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
• Identifies and communicates external developments of revenue integrity process such as regulatory changes, new technologies, etc.

Required

• 5 years of progressive on-the-job finance and/or coding experience in an acute care hospital.
• Certified Coder, (CPC-H or CCS) required.
• Preferred Registered Health Information Administrator or Registered Health Information Technician.
• Must have coding certification from either AHIMA or AAPC.
