One of our direct clients looking for Patient service representatives. You will perform routine administrative duties and assignments to run the facility smoothly.
Responsibilities-
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments.
- Greeting and checked-in patients.
- Collecting medical information and maintaining data accuracy and completeness.
- Verified insurance coverage.
- Addressed patient inquiries and provided information about services.
- Appointment details via phone and in-person interactions.
Must have qualifications-
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Proficient in managing documents, admin duties, and medical, and hospital settings.
