We are seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a specific focus on property management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records for multiple properties.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Handle tenant billing and rent collections.
- Coordinate with property managers and board members on financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting principles and regulations.
- Respond to financial inquiries from clients and shareholders.
