Bilingual Production Machine Operator

PrideStaff is seeking TEMP TO HIRE Bilingual Production Operator for a Manufacturing company located in Romeoville, Illinois.

Starting hourly pay of $18.00-$19.00 shift differential!

Depending on shift and experience.

• 2nd Shift - 2:30pm – 11:00pm ( $1.50 shift differential)

This individual will need to tend to one or more reactors to producing nano-sized particles to specification on a production basis by  performing the following duties. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Operates PVS reactors or other production equipment as assigned. 
• Maintains performance standards as established. 
• Monitors production parameters. 
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area. 
• Performs other miscellaneous jobs, as necessary. 
• Maintains reactor logbooks. 
• Compiles batch records. 
• Make on-line adjustments as necessary and permitted to ensure product quality and achieve  desired production rates. 
• Follows standard operating procedures. 
• Assists in reactor disassembly and reassemble when performing level 1, 2, or 3 cleaning or  product changeover. 
• Completes daily reactor downtime and preventive maintenance checklists. 
• Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience  and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

LANGUAGE SKILLS 

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write  simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information, in English, in one-on-one and small  group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
