Part-Time Clerical Assistant for a building maintenance company located in the Irvine Spectrum area.
This is a Temporary position with open duration, working Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM (16-20 hours / week flexible). Paying $22 / hr.
Duties :
- Assisting the Billing Coordinator with Data Entry / Billing items.
- Inputting invoices, stamping incoming invoices, data entry of information of vendors.
Requirements :
- Data Entry accurate at 5,000 kph.
- Computer Literate - MS Office.
- Assist with other administrative tasks, as needed.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $22.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
