Customer Support Specialist
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Richfield, OH
Key Responsibilities:
Process appliance service requests for all single-family customers and multi-family projects.
Schedule service calls via portals, email, phone, etc.
Update Service Calls spreadsheet
Follow up with manufacturers, servicers, customers, etc.
Process all parts order requests from customers and sales team.
Following parts ordering guidelines
Process replacement orders.
Provide freight quotes for LTL deliveries.
Schedule delivery on company truck (local)
Order processing (order entry, invoicing, credits/returns)
Assist with credits/replacements with manufacturers. i.e., damages, DOA units, multiple attempt service, manufacturer exchanges, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
Experience in Customer Support and Data Entry
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus
Dependable, motivated and attentive to details
Receptive to a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with ability to work independently
Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
