What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Specialist position at PrideStaff?

Customer Support Specialist

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Richfield, OH


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process appliance service requests for all single-family customers and multi-family projects.

  • Schedule service calls via portals, email, phone, etc.

  • Update Service Calls spreadsheet

  • Follow up with manufacturers, servicers, customers, etc.

  • Process all parts order requests from customers and sales team.

  • Following parts ordering guidelines

  • Process replacement orders.

  • Provide freight quotes for LTL deliveries.

  • Schedule delivery on company truck (local)

  • Order processing (order entry, invoicing, credits/returns)

  • Assist with credits/replacements with manufacturers. i.e., damages, DOA units, multiple attempt service, manufacturer exchanges, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Support and Data Entry

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP Systems

  • Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus

  • Dependable,  motivated and attentive to details

  • Receptive to a fast paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player with ability to work independently

Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
