What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at PrideStaff?
Dispatcher
Our Southlake client is an HVAC, and they are looking to add to their corporate team. Dispatch experience is required, preferably in a role where you dispatched technicians to client locations.
Additionally, you will want the ambition to provide the highest level of customer service, proven ability to multitask, and adhere to company policies;
this coupled with their consistent training will prove you to be successful!
Hours : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, 100% onsite
The Dispatcher takes incoming calls from customers, operations management and the field mechanics and schedules work appropriately.
Utilizing Servigistics and Oracle, creates tickets and dispatches work to the proper mechanic.
Reviews GPS, customer contracts and repair volume to make decisions on proper dispatch options.
The Dispatcher is an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, execute quickly, follow up and prioritize.
Requirements :
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Requires at least 6 months of experience in a dispatch role
Requires excellent computer skills, including MS Excel.
Able to prioritize multiple and changing responsibilities while being organized & detail oriented, with a proven commitment to customer service.
Able to display effective interpersonal skills with all levels of employee, as well as the ability to positively and effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
Proven success, strong integrity and work ethic are critical. As is the ability to have fun and work in an engaging, highly collaborative team environment.
