Parts Inspection / General Labor for an industrial machine shop located in Santa Ana, CA.
Business casual dress code- Nice jeans are ok with steel-toed boots (required) . Company will provide metatarsal shoe covers that must be worn in addition to steel-toed boots.
Company will perform an eye exam, drug screen, and background check prior to start.
Duties :
- Will be visually inspecting small, hand-held parts; sitting at a lighted table for 8 hours a day looking at parts to identify defective parts, the size of a thimble, visually prior to the dimensional inspection.
- Parts are color coded so will need to have keen eye at close range for differentiating (company will have candidates take eye exam prior to start).
- Moving machines weighing 20-25 lbs.
Requirements :
- Min 6 months General Labor experience; Prior Inspection experience is highly desired.
- Experience working with small parts desired; good finger / hand dexterity.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
