What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside sales position at PrideStaff?
Inside Sales - Bilingual (English and Spanish)
We are looking for capable Inside Sales Representative to support our client's building products operation.
Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Pay Rate : $21-24 / hr (depending on experience)
Location : Fort Myers, FL
Language Requirement : Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Responsibilities :
- Embody our mission statement, centered on our values of
- respect, service, and excellence
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries and processing orders
- Prepare quotes for windows and other exterior building products based on architect plans
- Provide exceptional service to all customers by developing a thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services
- Use our nationally-linked inventory management system to fill customer orders and maintain inventory control
- Be willing to assist in the warehouse, including loading and unloading materials as needed
Qualifications :
- Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
- High level of integrity and commitment to customer service
- Strong interest in sales and / or retail, as evidenced by previous job experience or education
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with customers
- Basic computer skills, including use of a keyboard and monitor
- Knowledge of building principles and products is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry boxes of building materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
