We are now hiring for Inventory Counter !!!!!

REPORTS TO : Inventory Control Clerk

GENERAL STATEMENTS OF DUTIES : Counts entire plant inventory on a weekly / bi weekly schedule. Inputs information counted onto inventory spreadsheets and send to Info.

Inv. Specialist to be checked. They take care of any and all recounts that are needed from the results of first counts.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES : (This list may not include all of the duties assigned)

1. Counts all inventory on a set weekly / bi-weekly basis.

2. Completes inventory recounts in a timely manner that is in line with all policy and procedures,

3. Handles checking all receivers into the building after being unloaded by a forklift driver. (Checking for quantity and quality of product making sure all specifications are met.)

4. Help developing and policing 5S program.

5. Continually organize and police all organization plant wide.

6. Respond to requests for information and access relevant files. Comply with data integrity and security policies

7. Other related duties assigned.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS :

• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities : 3 5 years verifiable experience in data entry Ability to use personal computer.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, Power Point, Internet Skills, Spreadsheet and Database Creation.
• Must be able to balance multiple tasks, with Good communication skills, Confidentiality, planning and organizing and attention to detail
• Must be able to compute numbers up to 1,000,000’s
• Ability to perform these units using American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Education : High School Diploma or GED

Experience : up to three months experience / training

Must be able to work in Olive Branch, MS.

Pay rate will vary D.O.E.

Interview Required. Steel toes Required.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background. Must have a resume to be considered for positions.
