Scaffold Lead
Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday (full-time), First Shift 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Pay Rate : $60,000 - $80,000 / year (DOE)
Location : Tampa, Florida, 33610

Scaffold Lead Responsibilities to include :
- Scaffold Lead will oversee and assist with scaffolding setup, teardown and repair for commercial construction projects
- Inspect scaffolding components for defects and ensure all OSHA safety standards are followed
- Train and mentor junior scaffold builders on proper assembly, safety procedures and regulations
- Lead a crew of 5-10 scaffold builders and assist project managers with scheduling scaffolding needs
- Estimate material requirements and ensure adequate supplies are on-hand
Scaffold Lead Job Requirements to include :
- At least 5 years of experience in Scaffolding
- Expert knowledge of all aspects of scaffolding
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to scaffolding
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering plans
- Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
- Proficient with basic construction tools and familiar with various scaffolding components
