We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with heavy machinery and possess a strong mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Set up, operate, and maintain various machines to ensure they are working properly and producing quality products
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify any potential issues and perform necessary repairs
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficient operation
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries
  • Maintain accurate records of machine usage, production output, and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience operating and maintaining heavy machinery
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to machinery operation
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time
  • Ability to operate machinery in various positions, including standing, kneeling, or sitting
