PrideStaff Greenville is seeking an experienced Sr. Machine Operator / Production on behalf of our client in Taylors, SC.
We are searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Machine Operator with proven longevity for the production department.
The associate will initially be trained and work on operating different machines in a variety of production areas.
The associate will operate machinery in the production and finishing departments.
Sr. Machine Operator / Production Essential Responsibilities :
- Operates machinery on production & finishing lines
- Lift, load, and remove materials from machines
- Inspect products for quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
- Conduct minor routine preventive maintenance on the machines
- Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
- Effective communication with team and management
Sr. Machine Operator / Production Requirements & Experience :
- 2 or more years' experience in machine operating / production with stable work history.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to accurately measure to the 1 / 16 of an inch (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently
- Ability to work well with others Team Player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communications skills
- Reliability need solid transportation & attendance
- Steel toe shoes required
