Responsibilities Include :
Managing the onboarding of new members / subscribers with exceptional customer support. Effectively answers all membership questions for new and returning members / subscribers and enters data accurately in the Association's CRM.
Additionally, the position is expected to work with the VP of Operations in many facets of the new member onboarding process.
Is responsible for data entry, answering membership department phone extensions, and correspondence to membership emails.
Coordinates with marketing efforts to maximize enrollments and provides ongoing support to other association programs on related issues.
