Press Operator
Our Client is a full-service label company providing custom label design and printing for a wide range of industries.
We are currently seeking candidates to join their production team as Flexo Press Operator trainees with a path to becoming a trained flexographic or digital press technician.
This position offers onsite training and the opportunity to learn a valuable skilled trade in the printing industry. Employees will have growth potential and the chance to continuously advance their career.
The candidate we are looking for will need to possess the following traits :
- Mechanically inclined (example : prior maintenance or equipment repair experience).
- Strong attention to detail; quality is one of our biggest focuses.
- Great attendance history, we are looking for punctual and dependable candidates.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or a minimum of three months related experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Color vision, math skills, and ruler skills
- The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
- Prior experience in light industrial / manufacturing or light assembly environment is a plus.
Pay : Starting at $18 / hr, more for well qualified candidates
Schedule : M-F 2 : 00 pm- 10 : 30 pm
