Summary

The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all restaurant facilities. This leader oversees all aspects of facility management, including planning, budgeting, and purchasing. They develop long-term plans for the organization's property portfolio. Work effectively as a cross-functional member of the company’s leadership team, working collaboratively with the restaurant operators. Travel required up to 30% of the time throughout PA, WV, MD, OH and VA.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities including maintenance, repair, and support services in all restaurants
Create and lead the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting systems and processes to ensure spending is managed and appropriate support is being provided
Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each restaurant on a quarterly basis
Implement and oversee policies and procedures for financially responsible facilities programs including preventive maintenance
Develop a strategic plan to address current issues in facilities management, including capital projects and maintenance needs
Establish and collaboratively enforce safety protocols to ensure health and well-being of both employees and customers
Ensure that all facilities are properly maintained by hiring and supervising contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors; ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Monitor compliance with local codes and regulations regarding building safety and fire prevention
Assist with the development of and implement an annual facilities management plan for all restaurants

Skills and Qualifications

10 years maintenance experience with at least 5 years of restaurant or food service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a clean driving record
Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
Energy and enthusiasm
A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
A customer service mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use judgment to make appropriate decisions to effectively problem solve.
