Job Overview Since our founding in 2007, Primary Arms has served as Houston’s premier tactical brand. We are looking for a storefront retail clerk for our exciting e-commerce and retail environment.

This is a full-time position with daytime hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required. Duties & Responsibilities · This person will communicate with customers to perform the following : · Process orders · Answer questions about our products · Assist in stocking the store · Perform other related duties, as needed, within the Primary Arms team Required Skills / Qualifications · Must be available to work weekends · Customer focus · Professional & pleasant demeanor · Ability to handle pressure · Dependability · Ability to work as an integral part of a team · High degree of productivity · Adaptability / flexible · Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills · Analytical and problem-solving skills · Effective decision-making ability · Effective organizational & time management skills · Aptitude to learn our business · Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy · PC proficiency.

  • Ability to accurately handle cash / credit card payments. · Firearms knowledge / experience A PLUS · Retail and / or e-commerce experience.
