Primary Care Anywhere is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner to their fast growing practice in southeast Texas. Working on a full-time basis, the Nurse Practitioner will conduct face-to-face visits and assessments in the patient’s place of residence. In addition, the Nurse Practitioner will conduct tele-visits as needed.

Other duties will include:

  • Provides medical care as needed and within their scope of practice;
  • Assesses the medical status of assigned patients;
  • Prepares accurate documentation of the visit in a timely manner;
  • Actively participates in the coordination of the patient’s care.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
