Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Training Coordinator for our client. This is a 6-month project-based role where you will administer various learning activities across multiple platforms and locations, supporting the organization’s comprehensive learning programs. Leverage your experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration, course coordination, and virtual learning technologies to support the growth and development of professionals within this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Learning Management System administration.
- Maintain training records and ensure accurate data management.
- Generate training management reports to support decision-making.
- Provide support for the Competency Management program.
- Coordinate learning delivery and logistics for Instructor-Led, Web-Based, and Virtual Learning courses.
- Provide virtual learning technology and production support.
- Support the development and maintenance of web-based training materials.
- Manage course evaluation programs to enhance training effectiveness.
- Provide general administrative support for the Learning team.
- Plan and execute logistics for large training events and conferences.
- Edit and maintain the learning program website.
- Must be located in Houston, Texas area.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the use and application of Workday Learning (LMS).
- 3 years of experience in general learning administration and support.
- 1 years of experience in learning program coordination and delivery.
- 1 years of experience with Virtual Learning Technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong skills in using SharePoint for webpage updates, document libraries, and lists.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while supporting multiple team members.
