Primary Talent Partners has 1 opening for a UX / UI Designer to join our client. This is a W2 contract opening, contract extensions are based on performance, budget, and business needs.
- MUST SUBMIT A PORTFOLIO
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. No sponsorship, no 1099, no c2c at all
- Pay: $50-55/hr
- Duration: W2 contract going beyond March 31, 2025
- Location: Fully Remote, 8 hours per day with 40 hours per week, no OT or Travel
- The role of the UI Designer is to create a broad array of design assets for the various digital products and services offered by Engrade.
- The UI Designer should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
- The Designer will collaborate with various Agile teams to define innovative solutions for the product direction, all while establishing and promoting design guidelines and best practices.
- 5 years' work experience in product development, user experience design, product design, creative, or marketing industries.
- 5 years' Figma knowledge and Responsive design experience or Proven expertise in Sketch, Figma, InVision, or other design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud to visualize the experience.
- Strong brand and user experience instincts; ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Knowledge of but more experience with Accessibility. A solid grasp of user-centred design (UCD), including information architecture, high level processes, app interactions, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
- Work independently but also a part of a team.
