JOB DESCRIPTION

MAC administrator with 6-8 years of experience working in an end-user computing environment supporting MAC machines and administering them.

Skills Required

· Experience in working with Mac management in the enterprise using JAMF.
· Manage the administration of device management through the JAMF
· Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the technical aspects of the JAMF Pro for best practices related to the installation process and issue resolution.
· Evaluate and apply any necessary operating system security patches, hotfixes, service packs, and hardware updates.
· Assist in change management and compatibility testing of configuration changes on new and existing versions of iOS and OS X.
· Provide support for OS X Virtualization solutions, including design, configuration, installation, maintenance, and deploy system images
· Administer software package delivery and deployment
· Create custom reports
· Evaluate current IT policies, procedures, and practices and recommends changes
· Provide training to support team on the use of JAMF
· Troubleshoot problems reported by users
· Ensure Security Applications are distributed and applied as appropriate across workstations and mobile devices. (JAMF, Intune, AirWatch)
· Possess extensive experience in a similar 3rd line infrastructure role.
· Detailed knowledge in supporting, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office for Mac, and font management with tools such as Monotype.
· Experience with desktop anti-virus and encryption products, such as FileVault, CrowdStrike
· Knowledge of scripting, packaging, and deployments
· Experience in managing certificates.
· In-depth knowledge of and experience with MacOS System engineering tasks, techniques
· Hands-on Experience in Troubleshooting issues related to Software and patch installation.
· Knowledge of Creating the JAMF Reports
· Experience in handling the service now tickets and Change Request for the deployments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
