Position: Part-Time Receptionist (with potential for full-time transition)

Hours: 20-30 hours per week, with rotating shifts and occasional Saturdays
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturdays: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Location: Prime Dental Pasco. 6005 Burden Blvd., Suite 101, Pasco, WA. 99301

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service experience is a must
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude

- Bilingual is a plus but not needed.
