The Recruiter provides expertise on recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Recruiter will perform full-cycle recruitment in line with company requirements, liaise with hiring managers, HR/Payroll to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, the Recruiter will thoroughly execute and monitor sourcing activities and programs across various channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to the hiring manager for review and assisting in the selection of qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Provides feedback and regular updates on candidates to hiring managers, agencies, and/or directly to candidates.
- Ensures the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient, and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire.
- Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and other recruiting sessions as needed.
- Effectively evaluates/utilizes ATS software program
- Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally.
- Support company-wide initiatives and champion projects as directed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite;

- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume settings requiring a sense of immediacy.
- Flexible with the ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities and adjust accordingly.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- Minimum 4 years experience managing all phases of recruitment
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
