Responsibilities
The Regional Behavioral Health Educator provides staff development services for all areas of Behavioral Health, inpatient and outpatient. BH Nurse Educator support the clinical and patient care service areas to attain the Hospital specific Behavioral Health service line objectives, mission and values established by corporate administration. Supports corporate-wide programs, policies and procedures are developed to assess evaluate and meet the needs of the patient and maintain high quality programming. Will be responsible for the development and implementation of education plans for providing training in all, Behavioral Health clinical settings. Provides hands on training for clinical staff to support the educational goals for the hospital. Implements an effective, ongoing training program to measure, assess and improve the quality of care, treatment and services delivered to all patients. Supports corporate wide initiatives to ensure Assaultive Management training is implemented effectively and remains complaint with changing regulations. Works collaboratively with the Directors to provide support services to staff.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $123,9085.60 - $148,512.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
