Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of all activities in the Cardiopulmonary Department, ABG Laboratory and Cardio-Neuro Department referring out of the ordinary issues to Administration. Supervises and monitors performance of the Cardiopulmonary Staff and Cardio-Neuro staff with physicians, hospital staff, patients and patients’ families and significant others to provide comprehensive care. Provides direct patient care as needed. Collaborates with organizational leadership to standardize services within assigned areas. May oversee multiple facilities.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner license required2. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current3. Current ACLS certification upon hire and maintain current. 4. Five (5) years of acute respiratory care management experience required5. Current PALS certification upon hire and maintain current.6. NBRC- Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred.7. Bachelor of Science Degree preferred

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $80,745.60 to $120,556.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
