Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will primarily help organization improve their processes and systems by conducting research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems under the direction of Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). The project coordinators will work in a functional organizational structure. They will perform other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in medicine or dental sciences, i.e., MD, MBBS, MBBCh, BDS, BHMS, etc.
2. Masters or pursuing doctorate from US University, i.e., Health or Business Administration, Public Health, Health Informatics, Information Technology, etc.
3. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Project.
4. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
5. Professional etiquette and ability to work collaboratively with diverse group of individuals
6. Agreeable to flexible schedule based on the nature of the assigned work
7. Typing proficiency of 40 wpm with 95% accuracy
Preferred qualifications:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective partnering relationships with physicians, nursing staff and hospital management staff.
3. Ability to work independently in a time-oriented environment.
4. Computer literacy and familiarity with the operation of basic office equipment.
