Responsibilities:
The Staff RN effectively utilizes the nursing process to coordinate and provide quality patient care including the assessment, education and treatment of patients, provides leadership to ancillary staff performing nursing care tasks, and supports the mission and philosophy of Saint Mary's.The Staff RN also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.The position requires patient privacy and confidentiality. Incumbent is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in the condition and/or response to treatment.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Must be able to communicate in English (Speak, Write)
- Current and valid Nevada RN License.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- Chemotherapy Immunotherapy provider card within 270 days (9 months) of hire date.
Employees must be in their current position for a minimum of six calendar months and not received any disciplinary action within the last six months to apply and be considered for a transfer.
