What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Coordinator position at Prime Hospitality Group?
Under the direction of the Business Systems Manager, the Technical Support Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and troubleshooting of systematic errors while working with Vendor Support until resolution on all systems in function. The Support Specialist will complete approved item maintenance requests for all POS systems and perform inventory audits on 25% of locations weekly. In addition to these tasks, the ideal candidate must be able to assist with database build-out/mass update/conversion and complete item creation/maintenance on requests for inventory.

Provide back-up support for all software and operating systems; respond in a timely manner to the Operating Systems and Accounting Analyst questions and needs relating to the
operating systems

Perform problem analysis and diagnoses to resolve system or application issues

Assist with training, educating, and instructing management and key employees on the
use of the operating systems on an ongoing basis.

the installation and configuration of new technologies to customize them for PHG’s
operations; coordinate field installations and upgrade initiatives; manage
rollout of new hardware and systems

Assist with
the technical resources, providing vendors with information needed to assist in
supporting the restaurants and to address technical problems
