Project Coordinator (FT) Objective: Lead Prime Meats side division (Marble Hills) growth strategy through the implementation of strategic interdepartmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Marble Hills processes, suggest and implement changes for efficiencies.
- Follow up on business objectives and measure performance.
- obtain and analyze sales data for decision making.
- Build and implement a mid-level reporting strategy.
Procurement:
- Coordinate catalog expansion, plan implementation and implement adjustments.
- Evaluate and analyze potential suppliers.
- coordinate first orders for new products.
- Define product presentation and packaging.
- Coordinate changes in product presentations.
- Plan packaging materials inventory requirements.
- Translate inventory requirements to S&OP meetings.
Commercial:
- Request written product description and coordinate photos for upload on website.
- Obtain product costs and suggest price points for products and packages.
- Coordiante new product launch with Marketing team.
- Oversee marketing campains and translate to inventory requirements.
- Follow up on Customer satisfaction, help resolve issues with operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Operations background.
- Experience using data to drive product and market growth.
- Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis experience with demonstrated impact to a project or business use case.
