Prime Pharmacy is an independent community retail pharmacy serving the southern California area. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dependable part-time pharmacy technician. Whether you are a candidate looking to expand your role as a pharmacy technician or a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to grow with us!

Job duties:

  • Receiving and verifying the prescriptions
  • Greeting patients and verifying insurance information
  • Inputting and filling of prescriptions
  • Completing patient paperwork related to the filling of prescription
  • Assisting with insurance claims processing
  • Stocking and assisting with medication inventory

No Weekends or Holidays ; Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Applicants will undergo a background check and drug test.

Pharmacy Technician License required

Spanish speaking

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Pharmacy Technician License (Required)

Work Location: In person
