Overview:
We are a Inspections Firm with government contracts in Salt Lake City, New York City and Philapelphia. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. No travel required.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of one of the government contracts. You will oversee a team of inspectors, assign inspections, complile daily reports and ensure they are delivered to the city of NY on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes. Duties:
- Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and objectives
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the project to ensure success
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to track progress and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Assist and oversee software development to track project milestones, tasks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Evaluate project outcomes against established goals and make recommendations for improvement
Skills:
- Strong experience in program development and management
- Excellent knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Ability to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and its impact on program delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
