ONISTE ROLE -
This position must provide excellent service to all customers (employers, agents, administrators, other departments, etc.) through phone, email or electronic communication, ensuring the Company meets and/or exceeds their needs. This position will process requests received from internal and external customers including processing premium and billing maintenance related requests in order to complete the service cycle from inquiry to resolution while making a positive impression. This position is also responsible for reconciling individual premium payments and clearing accounting out of balances.
Qualifications

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn additional software applications as needed required
Responsibilities
- Answer calls to the Billing Services Call Center from internal and external customers to answer questions, research issues and resolve/complete customer requests accurately and within a timely manner. Calls must be properly documented in Company records.
- Review, research and respond to email requests from internal and external customers sent to the Billing Services and/or Web Billing boxes in a timely manner.
- Generate correspondence and perform multiple functions related to billing/policy changes, processing premium payments, cancelling policies, interpreting policy language for portability/continuation/conversion, etc.
- Investigate and resolve issues regarding billing/premium discrepancies/issues.
- Initiate requests to other departments to resolve or correct billing/premium/coverage discrepancies and responsible for timely follow-up on requests to proactively resolve issues and communicate resolution to the customer and necessary parties involved.
- Reconcile individual premium payments and clear related accounting out of balances.
- Responsible for meeting team and individual service levels, turnaround standards and quality guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
