What are the responsibilities and job description for the Non-Emergency Dispatcher position at PrimeCare Patient Transport?
We are looking for a non-emergency dispatcher with strong customer service skills to schedule non-emergency medical transports and communicate with the driving team.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service while working with contracted partners and coordinating Non-Emergency Medical Transportation.
- Intermediary for facilities and drivers with scheduling and operations
- Monitor multiple accounts for new trips
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Schedule routes for multiple drivers
- Maintains a clean work environment
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Proficient computer skills are a must
- Word and excel experience required
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Required Education:
- High-School Graduate or GED required
Preferred Experience:
- Customer service
- Basic knowledge of the Denver Metro Area
Must be reliable, punctual, and have excellent time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
- Hourly Yearly Pay Equals – $33,000 to $38,000 in First Year.
