BECOME AN AIRCRAFT SEAT COVER CHANGE AGENT!

Our Aircraft Seat Cover Change Agent requires the employee to remove and replace seat covers from aircraft seats.  Seat covers are attached with Velcro and will require pressure/force to be used when removing and replacing.  Scrub, brush, and wipe leather seat covers with a towel damped with diluted solution of chemical (based on airline specs) and water, to person ink wipes and deep cleans on leather seats.

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS AN AIRCRAFT SEAT COVER CHANGE AGENT

• Inspect materials and part numbers to ensure they match the proper aircraft that will be serviced and load into vehicle
• Stage parts on designated aircraft, remove and replace seat covers in an orderly manner
• Bag dirty seat covers and remove from the work area; place dirty covers in laundry bins to be sent to the dry-cleaning facility
• Inspect, identify, spot clean, and/or scrub-stained areas on leather seats
• Remove and replace seat pocket material, cross seat belts, and clean area if necessary
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of work completed
• Chemicals used: Based on EPA, FAA, and various airline operator approved products
• Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform other additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid drivers license
• High attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents 
• Ability to use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
• Ability to work any day/shift, including holidays, within a 24/7 operation

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Prolonged standing and walking in an indoor/outdoor environment as applicable
• Must be able to push, pull
• Must be able to reach with arms and grasp with hands
• Exposure to Biohazards and/or Chemicals
• Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and kneel
• Must be able to crawl and crouch, at times, in confined tight spaces
• Exposure to moderate and at times high noise levels
• Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms
• Tasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
