Job Summary

  • Responsible for various administrative assistant and coordination activities for the Servicing Department, including staff and project support, document imaging, maintaining departmental procedures and expense reports
  • Oversee insurance documents

Essential Functions

  • Creates and revises procedures by assessing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control; implementing changes
  • Screens calls, manages calendars, makes travel, meeting and event arrangements
  • Assists in the preparation, submittal, tracking and filing of expenses
  • Respond to work requests from department staff in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain spreadsheets and reports required for management reporting
  • May coordinate or assist in the coordination of department specific projects, schedules, meetings, etc.
  • May assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration and promotion of special projects
  • Maintain communication with internal and external contacts; escalate any issues as appropriate
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Other duties as assigned or required

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years administrative experience
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to demonstrate strong detail orientation and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Displays time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
