PrimeSTAR Home Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of one of the fastest-growing Home Healths in NorthWest Lousiana and Texas. This PRN position will cover San Marcos and surrounding areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- patient teachings
- medication administration
- wound care / dressing changes / wound vacs
- post-surgical care
- skilled nursing care / direct patient care
- patient follow-up
- OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits & discharges
- Additional duties as assigned
Required experience:
- We are seeking nurses whose license is active and in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Excellent clinical nursing skills and a background in ICU, ER, med/surg, or related skilled nursing care
- Experience with Home Health nursing a plus
- Willingness & ability to drive throughout our territory
