We are willing to invest time to TRAIN the right individuals from the ground up to correctly oversee new territories within the next four to eight months. Training is provided to all Manager Trainees and compensation is a guaranteed weekly base pay with bonus opportunities.MANAGER TRAINEES RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Oversee campaign production, development, and analysis2. Manage all departments & employees3. Maintain and develop client relations4. Hire & oversee training of new employees5. We are NOT looking for people with over 3 year’s management experience. We prefer to train our managers to learn how our firm operates.
