What you’ll be doing:

As a part of our sustainability team, reporting to the Global Sustainability Manager, you will lead internal and external sustainability & ESG reporting. You will support communication and education on sustainability issues both internally and externally. You will build relationships and collaborate with key internal stakeholders across all businesses and functions to complete these tasks.

Details about what you will be doing:

  • Lead all public ESG disclosures; work with company-wide stakeholders and consultants to complete
  • Manage all customer requests including Ecovadis, CDP supply chain, and RFPs/RFIs
  • Complete internal gap analyses and best practice benchmarking on future ESG related disclosure and reporting opportunities
  • Manage SMETA plant audit program including scheduling audits, use of the SEDEX portal, tracking non compliances, & escalations as needed
  • Work with external consultants to lead the responsible sourcing program
  • Partner with the sustainability and communications leads on internal sustainability communication and education opportunities, external sustainability storytelling, and CSR reporting
  • Support the ethics & compliance program on risk-based priority projects as needed
  • Work across functions to support product carbon footprinting and life cycle analyses
  • Own companywide scope 3 reporting
  • Support monthly/quarterly/annual internal and external environmental reporting (energy, carbon, water, waste, etc.)

What you’ll need to have:

  • 1 years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in field related to sustainability
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and programs at once
  • A passion for sustainability
  • Ability to work independently and with a diverse team; self-starter, driven
  • Strong excel skills and ability to tell a story with data
  • Awareness and knowledge of ESG related disclosures & SEDEX is a plus
