We have an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist at our Commerce City, Colorado office.

Position: Billing Specialist - Primoris/ Q3C, Gas Operations (Admin opportunity)
Position: Billing Specialist - Primoris/ Q3C, Gas Operations (Admin opportunity)
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Fully responsible for accurate coding, entry and final review of weekly invoices within given deadlines
- Responsible for all miscellaneous customer billing
- Organize completed work orders per specific processes established for each customer
- Fully aware of monthly billing deadlines as established by accounting dept.
- Communicate directly with field managers to resolve issues pertaining to completed work orders
- Comprehensive understanding of various divisions within each customer for accurate distribution of invoices
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of completed invoice information in established systems.
- Entry of all daily orders in established systems.
- Responsible to complete any weekly corrections to invoices
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two years’ related experience
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficient
- Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situations
- Ability to maintain and protect confidential information
- Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook; willingness and ability to learn billing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external)
- Be available for occasional overtime and/or weekend duties as work volumes dictate
- Bilingual Spanish skills desired, but not required
Q3 Contracting is a drug-free environment and all candidates are subject to drug testing.
Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00/hour- (DOE)
