We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our key clients for a position of BI Engineer, to work in Austin, TX / San jose, CA.
Pay Rate: $45-50/hr On W2
$50-55/hr On C2C
As a BI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data retrieval, analysis, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, scripting languages (Python, Go, Perl, Linux), data analysis, and dashboarding. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in security compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices, including AICPA, Trust Principles (SSAE 16 - SOC 2 and 3), ISO 27000 Series, CSA CCM, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, NIST 800.53, GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory compliance frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Extensive years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and dashboarding.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Go, Perl, Linux).
- Experience with security compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and standards.
- Expertise in relevant risk and control management processes and platforms, including risk and control taxonomies.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform products like Spanner, Chronicle, Cloud Data Studio, CloudSQL, BigTable, Looker, Cloud Dataflow is a plus.
