Job Description
We have an immediate long-term project assignment for a Scaled certified SAFe Program Consultant to support ongoing Agile transformation efforts within a large enterprise environment. This position is location in Washington, DC.
Experience is required in delivering and certifying SAFe 5 courses using SAFe Collaborate (i.e., SA, SP, RTE, SSM, SASM, SDP, APM, LPM, POPM, ARCH, ASE, SGP).
Central to this position is a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to institute ORK framework for measuring progress and effectiveness at all levels. Help drive adoption of end-to-end Agile transformation strategy with lean-Agile ways of working with SAFe as a cornerstone. Advise on operating models and transformation governance. Perform AgilityHealth maturity assessments and recommend strategies to address growth items.
The success candidate must be expert in coaching, training and mentoring roles from leadership to teams on their respective functions within SAFe.
PLEASE NOTE: SAFe 5 Program Consultant Certification is required.
