- Conduct network installations and provide technical support for fiber optic systems.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for fiber optic splicing and testing.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all installations and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, service reports, and inventory records.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in cabling, electrical work, network installation, fiber splicing, Ethernet configurations, and computer networking.
- Experience as a service technician or in a related field with mechanical knowledge.
- Knowledge of telecommunication systems and familiarity with field service operations.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for company vehicle operation.
