JOB SUMMARY:Vibrantz seeks a strong GAAP professional that is results oriented, resourceful, has strong business acumen, and demonstrates a winning attitude. This position will perform general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, month-end close, and projects along with other key general accounting duties. An ability to think critically, plan, execute and communicate effectively while collaborating across teams will be key to the success of this role.ESSENTIAL TASKS & DUTIES: Include the following. Perform day to day general ledger accountingCalculate and prepare accrual journal entriesPrepare journal entries for administrative functionsRecord and understand impacts of foreign currency transactionsResponsible for month, quarter, and year end closeAnalyze fluctuations in account balancesPrepare balance sheet reconciliationsCommunicate with management to explain variances and prepare for closing accrualsReviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reportsPrepare, support, and explain audit schedules to external auditorsPerform specialized projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
