Job Summary
The Integration Analyst role is an integral part of the Information Technology Group and is accountable for providing integration support impacting all levels of the organization. They respond to telephonic or electronic integration requests by listening to requirements and following provided documentation to address these requirements. Key skills include listening with the intent of understanding, translating business problems, and building in quality and resiliency while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include providing advanced engineering and development services used to connect the software systems needed to operate the business. In scope systems include ERP, EMR, Document Management, Human Capital Management, and Business Intelligence Tools.
Primary responsibilities
· Upgrade and maintain SharePoint services intranet which serves as the knowledge and form storage repository for Principle Long Term Care. Work with HR, Finance, Legal, Business Intelligence, and Leadership to ensure system is conveying accurate, up to date information. Creating, data mining, and reporting results of intranet data capture for stake holders.
· Receive raw data files from partners, vendors, or internal sources and execute data loading procedures including normalization steps used to scrub key data elements such as dates, times, Medical Record Numbers, Foreign Keys, or any other fields that suffer from variability prior to introducing the data into the warehouse.
· Execute processes that move inbound monthly content to a historic table structure that contains a comprehensive image of all data sent from clients. Support and maintain a small table structure for loading and analysis with monthly reporting tasks. Support and maintain the storage infrastructure for longitudinal analyses data.
· Use data visualization tools to display top line stats from all client data warehouses.
· Develop data integration tool using typical Microsoft development resources as well as iPaas platforms to extract, transform, and load data. These tools serve as rules engines for data extraction, support assisting the operation in performing specific tasks, and integration bridges between industry specific software systems and PLTC’ data warehouse.
