Principle Toyota is seeking an experienced and outgoing receptionist. The receptionist is the face of the dealership and the first impression of Principe Toyota of Hernando. The receptionist must be highly motivated, think quickly, and have the ability to complete tasks and projects with little to no supervision. The receptionist must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will be the front face of the dealership.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • Answer incoming phone calls to the corporate office and direct calls to the appropriate department
  • Greeting visitors and employees as they walk into the building
  • Verifying appointments and setting up meeting rooms as needed
  • Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, preparing presentations and speeches and screening incoming calls, E-mails and correspondence - responding independently when possible.
  • Setting up, managing and monitoring multi-party video conference calls, meetings, etc.
  • Managing incoming calls and correspondence
  • Managing constantly shifting priorities with flexibility and accuracy.
  • Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing related information

Qualifications of the Receptionist:

  • Fluent Spanish and English Strongly preferred
  • Experience working a multiline phone system with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Must be able to work under deadlines.
  • Highly proficient computer skills (advanced or higher) needed with Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High degree of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information as well as internal and external, domestic and international telephone calls.
  • Must be able to provide quick turnaround of unanticipated requests.
  • Must be able to prioritize and organize workflow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency; manage tight
  • Must have ability to learn new computer systems quickly and embrace new technologies.
  • Exceptional listening skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills exercising discretion and diplomacy in working with others including all levels of management.
  • Strong business acumen and judgment necessary.
  • Ability to maintain performance in high pressure situations.
