PrintArt is seeking a Retail Service Associate at our Daytona Beach, Fl location. Expectation include but are not limited to the following:

  • Welcome Customers to the store and answer their queries
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance.
  • Provide relevant advice related to product knowledge
  • Suggest products that complement purchases.
  • Efficiently complete guest transactions at the cast register
  • Assist in receipt of shipments, unpack and stage, as well as assist with merchandising; ensure selling floor is adequately presented and stocked
  • Excellent team player, communicating and coordinating with the entire store team
  • Other tasks assigned by Leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficient in English
  • Must have an Friendly, energetic personality with an Customer Service focus.
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to more or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-49 pounds
  • Ability to work varied hours/days including weekends and some holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: In person
