REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS:
This position is responsible for the oversight of assigned facility operations, both internal and external, to comply with local, state, and federal guidelines, provide excellent care to residents, increase/maintain facility census, maintain strong oversight of technical areas, and enhance and maintain policies and procedures. The Regional Director of Operations leads their teams by example to uphold and promote the mission and values of PLC while developing and growing the capabilities of each team member.
