What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Shuttle Driver position at Prism Hospitality, LP?
Scope op Position:
The Bellperson/ Shuttle Driver is responsible for helping guests in and out of the property, assisting guests by providing safe transportation, carrying baggage and delivering items and information in an efficient and pleasant manner. Additionally, this position will also be responsible for assisting guests with transportation by using the hotel vehicles and vans.
Position Qualifications and Requirements:
Education & Experience:
· High school diploma or GED certification preferred or equivalent work experience.
· At least one year guest service experience in hospitality environment or equivalent experience preferred.
· Valid driver’s license for the applicable state and MVR in good standing.
· CDL may be required, depending on area and vehicles.
· Previous preferred customer service experience.
· Flexible schedule to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Physical Demands:
· Long hours sometimes required, including nights and weekends.
· Heavy work-Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 50 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
· Able to stand for entire shift.
· Will be driving hotel vehicles.
