Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Construction/Punch-list management and possess strong leadership qualities to oversee and coordinate crew activities on various projects.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead crews in daily operations
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety compliance
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule work assignments
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety protocols

Skills:

-Knowledge of home repairs such as; sheetrock repair, cabinetry repair, trim repair, general knowledge of electrical repairs, etc
- Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage and motivate team members
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members effectively

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
