Chase Center - Operations Manager

Salary - $65k to $75k BOE

BASIC FUNCTION

The Operation Manager is responsible for all administrative responsibilities for the day shift. To ensure the cleanliness of the Chase Center and ensure maximum service and quality standards are achieved.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

The Operations Manager reports to and is directed by the Site Manager.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

• Organizes, plans, schedules and executes Day Core cleaning operations.
• Controls labor, material and equipment costs.
• Communicates acceptable productivity, safety and quality standards and enforces same.
• Ensures all supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete assigned tasks.
• Provides employee training and communicates company/client policies and procedures.
• Conducts walk-thru inspections of facility throughout length of shift.
• Responds to requests of the client.
• Reports all accidents, injuries, incidents safety and maintenance concerns immediately.
• Responsible for HR concerns for Day Core including; hiring, training, employee evaluations, disciplinary actions and payroll concerns.
• Maintains records for Day Core including sign-in/sign-out forms, equipment allocation, labor reports, time cards, inspection reports, team work schedules and safety reports.
• Maintains equipment in good condition.
• Completes all other duties and service requests as directed by Site Manager.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.

• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.

• Must demonstrate a willingness to learn.

• Must understand how to use simple softwares such as operating systems, Office 365, Google Suites. Can also use technical skills to understand how to use new applications, computers or devices.

• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.

• Reliable Transportation.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.

• Manager experience is a plus.
